Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely package your Levoit device in its original packaging, including all filters, manuals, and power cords, to ensure it arrives safely.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
